 My congratulations on the 15th anniversary of the Constitution adoption. The constitution adopted on this day symbolizes the national unity, consolidation of the civil society for protection of the state interests and responsibility for the present and future of our Motherland. The Constitution Day is the holiday aimed at uniting our forces for fruitful work in the name of Great Russia.
The calligraphers made a profound work creating the single handwritten copy of the Russian Constitution and made a huge contribution to the treasury of Russian culture.
The International Exhibition of Calligraphy brings great social significance for development of spirituality and culture of the Russian society.
