International cultural forums aim at maintaining peace and international security through improvement of cooperation between nations in the area of education, science and culture and provision of spiritual and moral solidarity of the humankind without distinction as to race, sex, language or religion. Suchlike forums, exhibitions, festivals serve to consolidate creative and cultural heritage of the world community as well as improve their roles in determining new strategic tendencies for political, economic and social development of their countries. It is crucial for us because never before had Israel occupied such a position in the world cultural community that it occupies nowadays. Our joint work stimulates creation of new and restoration of broken social-cultural links and attracts the attention of the world community to maintenance of the cultural heritage.
